In my previous post I took you through the adveture getting ready for this event. It’s no secret it takes a small village to get a girl to get ready for such a notable event, which is why I have to send a huge shout out to Conair for getting me beautified for this event.
I met up with my darling David and our friend Julian in the lobby of the Thompson for a quick drink before setting off on our way for the Power Ball. Those boys looked amazing!
Had to throw in a shot of myself and David
Then off we were to the big event, looking glamorous and ready to take on the night in style. We arrived to friendly staff at will-call, quick lines (I hate lines so this was a relief), and an event space packed with art installations and the most beautiful who’s-who Toronto has to offer.
Loved this art installation — Lights mounted on the floor, giving the illusion of strobe lights!
There was a room full of fridges — some had Pop Chips, some had beer, some had toys!
They even had a whole cow on a spit and it was effing delicious. OMG, my mouth still drools thinking about it.
We all had a lot of fun together and bumped into tons of friends, played with the art installations and enjoyed some great conversation!
And let’s not forget the awesome masks that they were giving out — we had way too much fun taking pictures of what we saw through the masks’ lenses!
Safe to say that was a very fun night and I will be sure to make it out again next year. <3
