Haven’t been around much these past few weeks. So much going on with new home and all of that fun stuff. I’ve decided to recap with you in a fun photoblog!
I’ve been feeling like I’m little Charlie with nothing but great things to look forward to…
But holy crap things are stressful!! You never really think of all the stuff that goes into a new home — like paint colours, and furniture arrangements, movers, and accommodating the dogs through the renos. Yeah, I’m a bit of the dog version of a cat lady. Dave likes to call it “coddler.”
It’s also made for an interesting temperament on my part, because I find myself highly offended when people call my dogs scraggly-looking (I shake my fist at you!) or walk into me on the subway platform (am I freaking invisible!?).
And when all you want to do when you get home is have a glass of wine and all-you-can-eat (your feelings) buffet, it rarely helps that its the summer.
And then I become like this… Yes, I’m letting you into the crazy part of town, there’ s no turning back after seeing this… you’ve been warned!
And then I start cracking up at those hilarious memes and everyone thinks I’m nuts, sitting here, laughing to myself, looking at incomprehensible memes.
