Who is Melissa?

I’m a digital native and WOM marketing enthusiast with a flair for leveraging social media tools to garner real results and get brands noticed.
I don’t sell snake oil. I don’t think social media is the magic bean to a non-existent marketing plan’s bean stalk. I have, however, leveraged social media tools for real, measurable results. I have helped build online communities around brands that had, until then, gone virtually unnoticed. I believe in integration and a well-thought-out strategy, and I do not believe in social media as a one-size-fits-all approach.
I also live in Toronto, Canada, have two dogs and a penchant for good food, great wine and even better conversation.
